Surf Addict - Monthly Coaching Plan

Every session starts with finding the best and least crowded waves in the Peniche area, choosing the optimal spot for conditions and your goals.

Gui Fonseca surfs alongside you — not only for safety and positioning guidance, but also to demonstrate in real time how to read the waves and react in different sections. You’ll be filmed with professional equipment during the session, but the real training happens afterwards during detailed video analysis.

Here, Gui explains the why behind each movement, how to approach waves with intent, and how even small adjustments in technique or timing can make a big difference. You’ll also see his approach to the very same wave you surfed, giving you a side-by-side comparison to learn from.

This plan is designed for intermediate and advanced surfers who are independent in the water and are able to paddle out in rip currents and surf waves up to 7ft.

For entry into this plan, an intermediate level of surfing is accepted, but proficiency in paddling and independence in the water is required to fully utilize the training's structure and Gui's expertise.

Please note that at this level we will not be able to push you onto waves as that is detrimental to your progress.

• Molhe Leste: Offering a mix of beach and reef breaks, Molhe Leste is well-suited for intermediate to advanced surfers. Its waves are known for their consistency and quality, making it a great spot for honing skills.
