1. Assumption of Risk. I understand surf-skate involves falls, collisions, and inherent risks that may cause injury. I choose to participate and accept all risks.
2. Health Statement. I am fit to participate and will stop if I feel unwell. I will inform staff of any relevant injuries/conditions.
3. Safety & Equipment.  Closed-toe shoes required. I will follow coach instructions and maintain safe spacing.
4. Minors. If the participant is under 18, a parent/guardian must consent.
5. Liability Release. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release Surf Sense, BEYOND, staff, and affiliates from claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Media Consent. I consent to photo/video capture for Surf Sense marketing (website, social, email). If I prefer not to be filmed, I will notify staff at check-in.
7. Data & Privacy. My contact details are collected for scheduling, safety, and follow-up, processed under Surf Sense’s Privacy Policy. I may request deletion at any time via info@surf-sense.com.
8. Cancellations/No-shows. If I cannot attend, I will release my spot so it may go to the waitlist/standby.
9. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by Portuguese and Polish law.
